Returns & Exchanges

At Nomad the Label, we want you to love your conscious wardrobe. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 21 days of delivery for all full-priced items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached. Securely pack the garments in their original compostable packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop your parcel off at any authorized postage location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
